All orders are subject to restaurant availability and acceptance.

Refunds or disputes must follow our Refund Policy.
5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and may vary.
You must provide accurate delivery information; failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses may still incur charges.
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.

7. Restaurant & Partner Responsibilities
Restaurants are responsible for food quality, preparation, and compliance with health regulations.
Delivery partners are independent contractors responsible for safe and timely delivery.
VentaBite is not liable for food safety issues, delays, or damages caused by third parties.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, logos, trademarks, and software associated with VentaBite are owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VentaBite is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Issues arising from restaurant food quality or delivery partner actions.
Service interruptions, technical errors, or unauthorized account access.
10. Privacy
Your use of the app is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your data.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse our services.
